Shipping & Delivery
Delivery fees cover shipping services provided by third-party couriers and are clearly shown during checkout. Delivery fees are non-refundable, as they represent the cost of services already rendered.
Returns Policy
Borvex Ltd complies fully with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Change of Mind Returns:

A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s value applies.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
